Konjo Mama’s menus are based on authentic Ethiopian recipes sourced from our extended family in Addis Ababa who blend the berbere spices to provide a unique flavour experience.  Our vegetarian menus include seasonal vegetable, lentil and bean recipes, and offer both gentle, aromatic flavours as well as hot, spicy dishes.

Dishes are served with injera, an Ethiopian fermented sourdough bread, or turmeric-infused golden rice.

Drinks include Fair Trade coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, spiced ginger and turmeric lattes and an exciting range of cold drinks.
